Any digital content or item you purchase on this digital store is eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within 7 days of the date of purchase and under the following conditions: if the reason of the refund request is due to technical issue (downloading problem, installation problem, or compatibility issue), our technical support service will first help you to solve the problem and if this does not succeed, then the refund we be issued. To request a refund and return, you must send us an email to support@eversim.com including the reason for your request, and the details of your purchase (date of purchase, transaction ID, title and version of the item) or, preferably, the copy of your email with the purchase receipt. Before to issue the refund, the item must be uninstalled from you computer or electronic device and you must provide us your activation code in order to disable it from our servers. Once a refund is issued, the item will no longer be working on your computer or device.
